Whether you have a mobile food truck or trailer, or sell from a table with canopy tents, we want to invite you to our events! If you would like to sell fresh prepared food, you are required to hold a Galveston County Health Permit (either temporary or annual), and if you have a truck or trailer you sell from, you must have a Fire Marshall Permit as well. Most City events require a commitment deposit upon signing a contract, and a fee which is usually determined by the estimated number of event attendees or is a pre-established percentage of sales. The event coordinator will let you know the specific details before signing the contract so you can decide if that event is right for you and your business.
