The participants will discuss short story basics, write a story, and learn avenues for publishing a finished story.

Pop-Up Storytime at Fire Station 4

Join us for stories, songs, and rhymes! We will be at a different city location for each Pop-Up Storytime. Check the library calendar or Facebook event for the location.
Steeped in Style
Friday, October 6 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Wear your finest tea party attire and savor a variety of tea blends, delectable treats, and play tea-themed games. Fire Prevention and Safety

Join us for this educational and fun program in conjunction with the League City Fire Department! A fire truck will be at the front of Helen Hall Library that you can visit and take pictures with if weather permits.
The History Club
Monday, October 9 from 7 to 8 p.m.; for adults
The History Club meets on the second Monday of each month to discuss local history, Texas history, or American history topics that cover a wide range of interests. Attendance can be in person or via Zoom.

Clash of the Cards
Wednesday, September 11 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Explore new ways to sharpen your skills with strategy-based card games such as Happy Little Dinosaurs, Exploding Kittens, and Magic: The Gathering! All experience levels are welcome. This program is led by a Teen Advisory Board member. Note: Card games will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own teen-rated card games.
Mystery Craft Challenge
