Project Status as of December 2021
Project from GO Bond Election. Home at 1340 Deer Ridge has been demolished. Construction awarded to MarCon Services at June 22 Council meeting. Kickoff meeting was held on July 19. Public information meeting was held on August 18; Notice to Proceed issued for August 23. Contractor has placed SWPPP; dirt work at the detention pond and channel improvements are complete; pilot channel is complete. Installation of 5'x3' and 7'x3' boxes is complete. Waterline offsets on Deer Ridge Drive have been completed.
The original schedule, as of September 2019, shows design in progress from quarter 2 of 2019 through quarter 3 of 2020 for Oaks of Clear Creek Overland Flow & Acquisition. Land acquisition phase begins in quarter 1 of 2020 through quarter 3 of 2020. Construction bidding is scheduled for quarter 4 of 2020 with construction following through quarter 1 of 2021. Construction time is an estimate as each bid is awarded based on cost and time submitted by the contractor.
