Payment Options
The City offers bank drafting for water bills, at no charge, to our customers. Please visit Customer Self Service to register for bank draft.
Note: All bank draft accounts will be drafted on the due date for the full payment due at time of the bill date, even if a payment is posted to the account prior to the due date. All drafts are processed (FTP) two working days prior to the due date as per banking instructions to ensure the bank draft payments are drafted on the due date. With that, no changes can be performed for these drafts.

To pay via phone, call 281-554-1335 Option 1. The City accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Mailed payments received before noon will be processed the same day. All payments received after noon will be processed the next business day. Please allow time for your mailed payment to arrive to avoid penalties and possible cut off for non-payment. Mail payments to:

Our night payment box is located in the center of the parking lot between City Hall and the Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center at:

Please note our night box is silver drop box labeled with a green sign stating “City of League City Utility Payments”. It is between the white drop box for Fed Ex and the blue U.S. Postal Service mailbox.
The City accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards for one-time or recurring automatic payment. With no fees, you can pay your water bill. If you have already set up your password/pin online, you may pay your utility bill now.
To pay your account and re-set up your recurring credit card payment, please pay your current balance (which is due that day) and note your payment receipt number. Click return, then auto pay to set up your new credit card for future monthly payments.
Set Up Your Account
Registering for the online customer self service portal is easy and allows you to view your bill history, set up credit card auto pay, set up bank draft payment, make a payment, or opt to receive paperless e-bills. This is a NEW online portal, so all customers that used the previous online system must create a new account using the new account number provided. Simply follow the instructions below:
1. Go to www.leaguecity.com
2. Click on the Online Services icon
3. Under Paying Online, click on the link labeled “Pay your Utility Bill”
4. Click Register
5. Follow the prompts
a. create a User ID (between 1 – 100 characters)
b. retype User ID
c. create a password (between 6 – 15 characters)
d. retype password
e. create a password hint
f. input your email address
g. enter the validation numbers listed
h. click Save
6. Click “Linked to Account” and submit
7. Input your new account number (located on the top of your bill, under your name) and your CID (Customer Number) from your new letter-sized water bill or e-bill.
8. Click Submit
9. Click on your account number when it appears in blue
10. From the top banner, you can choose to activate EFT (bank draft), update your phone number and email information, and choose a delivery preference
11. To pay a bill, click Manage Bills, click the bill(s) to pay, and add to the cart. Then click the cart to review or checkout.
12. For future log-ins, input your User ID and password
