Vendor Registration
The City of League City is in the process of converting to a new software system, MUNIS by Tyler Technologies, Inc. Vendor Self Service (VSS) will enable businesses access to web-based purchase orders, invoice status, contracts, bids and payment information. Using VSS, vendors can enter and maintain their contact and remittance information, discount and payment terms and applicable commodity codes to identify the goods or services that they have available to the City.
To Register
- Go to Vendor Self Service to register as a vendor.
- You will receive an email listing your commodity codes once your account is activated.
- After you have registered, you will be contacted by a Buyer to add banking information and to provide a W-9. Failure to provide a W-9 will prevent the account from being activated.
