B. Hold a public hearing on potential drainage
improvements along Kansas Street and other potential drainage improvements
within the Historic District.
Mr. Guglielmo opened the public hearing at 6:07 p.m.
Oller, Acting City Manager, came forward and introduced this item. He said
that this item is not yet a project and emphasized that currently staff has
ideas but there are no designs in place at this time. He further emphasized
that resident input is encouraged and said the consultants, who have developed
some ideas for the improvements, were instructed that the project idea has to
match the character of the neighborhood.
Mr. Oller introduced John Rudloff, Project Manager
with HDR Engineering, who presented two proposed drainage improvement options to
run along Kansas Avenue.

Dudney seconded the motion.
motion passed unanimously with a vote of 6-0-0.
Mr. Guglielmo adjourned the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
